Description
Am looking to import the latest release into an environment using scikit-learn 1.2.0.
The current latest release of EconML(0.14.0) is not supporting this; while the latest commits on this git do.
Could there be a new release (0.14.x or so) to add scikit-learn support?
Would be greatly appreciated

Research direction
Start by comparing the latest commits with the 0.14.0 release to identify the changes that add scikit-learn 1.2.0 support. Check how the project validates dependency compatibility and determine whether a 0.14.x release can include those changes; done means the supported release works in an environment using scikit-learn 1.2.0.
