Description
1. Feature Request
What's your request about? Describe the solution you'd like
When a video stream is activated in MTX the stream link should automatically he available from takserver. The stream should be visible for users via watching credentials so users don't need to input anything.
Describe the Business Problem
Check MediaMTX (MTX product) for active streams and use Takserver api to add, update and remove when stream status changes. This needs to be automatic and run on regular intervals.

2. Additional Information (Optional)
How should this feature be implemented?
This needs a general stream watching credential, they can be stream specific and active as long as the stream is active.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the MediaMTX stream-status behavior and the linked TAK Server Video Connection Manager API. Define how periodic checks should add, update, and remove active streams and how general or stream-specific watching credentials remain active. Done means active MediaMTX streams are automatically available in takserver and disappear or update when their status changes.
