Issue details
We have C# language SDK and possibly codegen/programgen features shipping on pulumi/pulumi after the fork point where pulumi-java was forked from pulumi/pulumi. We need to collect these and itemize so they're implemented in Java. That's the task here.
(And now we need to monitor new features/fixes in pulumi/pulumi and create tickets to pulumi-java continuously).

Research direction
Start by comparing the C# language SDK and codegen/programgen features in pulumi/pulumi after the fork point with pulumi-java. Record each missing feature and create implementation tickets for the Java project. Done means the gaps are itemized and follow-up work is tracked, including a process for monitoring later changes.
