Description
We're going to have bindings users needing to use this sometime soon, but PRNs are not heavily exercised in testing. It would be good to go ahead and start moving tests over to PRN both because that's what we need in the long-term for Pulp 4+ and to smoke-test things for that rollout.

Research direction
No files or specific test entry points are named. Locate the functional tests that use pulp_href, review how PRNs are represented, and identify the tests that should be migrated. Run the affected functional tests; done means they use PRNs and still pass.
