Description
Once https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/pull/5252 is merged, GCP support can be added to domains. Docs should also be updated: https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/issues/3483. The real question is if we should add a new test runner, since we have support for it in the plugin-template: https://github.com/pulp/plugin_template/pull/719. It might need some updating & testing, but most of the work is already there.
