Research direction

Reproduce the issue with an RPM kickstart fixture sync, repository deletion, and orphan cleanup. Compare the current behavior with the changes in pull request #4295, then trace how orphan cleanup handles content with subrepos. Done means the sub-content is removed after the repository is deleted and orphan cleanup runs.
