Description
It looks like commit https://github.com/pulp/pulp-operator/commit/43fa53f30c505ebe212cd4780c36afcddefd00e2 removed documentation that is still relevant.
Specifically, the metadata_signing.md document previously included instructions on how to create signing services for APT and RPM repositories. These instructions appear to have been removed, but the functionality itself is still applicable and in use.

I have not yet reviewed other documentation files, so there may be additional content that was unintentionally removed.
