Description
We updated our helm structure in pulp-k8s-resources project, but we didn't update pulp-operator CI yet to reflect the change and the pipeline is failing.
We need to also investigate an issue with an unsupported version of Azurite:
<Message>The API version 2026-02-06 is not supported by Azurite. Please upgrade Azurite to latest version and retry. If you are using Azurite in Visual Studio, please check you have installed latest Visual Studio patch. Azurite command line parameter "--skipApiVersionCheck" or Visual Studio Code configuration "Skip Api Version Check" can skip this error.

Research direction
Compare the helm structure in pulp-k8s-resources PR #57 with the pulp-operator CI configuration, then inspect the CI setup that invokes Azurite. Verify the pipeline against the updated structure and determine how the unsupported Azurite API version is handled. Done means the CI pipeline passes with a supported Azurite configuration.
