Description
Can we have a graph showing the operating system vendor and version. In particular we in Ansible would like to know what versions of the OS are being used with the version of Ansible Pulp Plugin.
What question will this help us answer?
What is a specific example of the data to be gathered?
How will this metric be stored in the database or gathered at runtime?
Will the gathering and/or storage of this cause unacceptable burden/load on Pulp?
Is this metric Personally-Identifiable-Data?
How can we sanitize this output?
What pulpcore version will this be collected with?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. First resolve the unanswered proposal questions about the data source, storage, load, privacy, pulpcore version, summarization, and visualization; done should mean an agreed collection and graph design is documented and implemented.
