Description
It appears that neither DictCache nor FileCache provide any way to evict entries that aren't being accessed - neither by age nor a max cache size.
It's only possible with Redis by configuring the database expiration externally.

Research direction
Start by reading the DictCache and FileCache implementations and compare their eviction capabilities with the externally configured Redis expiration. Clarify whether the project should support age-based eviction, a maximum cache size, or both, and define expected behavior before identifying tests. Done means the selected cache backends enforce the agreed eviction policy.
