Description
As pointed out in https://github.com/angular/clutz/issues/501#issuecomment-297157148, there is no tutorial for Javascript at https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/overview. A cursory search for "javascript tutorial" on this repository was not useful.
Could we please add a tutorial for Javascript, including both browser and server sides? Thanks.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Protocol Buffers overview at developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/overview and the referenced discussion in angular/clutz issue 501. Identify the existing JavaScript documentation structure and examples; done means a JavaScript tutorial covers both browser-side and server-side use.
