Description
When using the named commands uppercase_word and downcase_word, if I go past the end of a line, PTK gets confused, inserts in the wrong place and everything on the next line gets garbled.
In the PTK source (I can't remember where), it explains how to make the cursor wrap when you go off the start or end of a line. I added that feature to my IPython 5.1.0 configuration, and am assuming that that's what broke the case functions.
