Description
I'd like for the promptee to write their input on a new line, however this disables the line wrap for the prompt text. Is this intended? If so how could I get the prompt text to wrap, and have the input written on the next line?

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the behavior with a prompt containing a newline, then trace prompt rendering and line-wrapping in the library. Done means the prompt text wraps while input still begins on the requested new line, with coverage for the reported case.
