Description
Is there a keybinding for when the user presses the combination Ctrl + Enter (Ctrl + Return)?
I looked at the documentation and the keys.py file and found the combination of Ctrl with basically everything, except Enter.
I know of "c-m", but this is only Enter. I tried to emulate hitting Ctrl and later Enter with something like
@kb.add("control", "c-m") # does not exist
but it does not work as well.

Research direction
Start with the key-bindings documentation and prompt_toolkit/keys.py, which the issue identifies as the relevant entry points. Determine whether Ctrl+Enter has a supported key representation and whether the documented binding syntax covers it. Done means the supported behavior and usage are clear, with any needed documentation or implementation scope identified.
