Description
In order to reduce excess cardinality, it would be useful to have include and exclude filters for /proc/meminfo. Similar to how we handle netstat metrics.
Up for debate is if these should have default values, and what the default values should be.

Research direction
Start by reading the existing netstat metrics filtering implementation and the code that reads /proc/meminfo. Determine how include and exclude filters should reduce exported memory metrics, then check how defaults should behave.
