Description

I'm using the default way of starting the server with start_http_server(). I noticed that the server responds with HTTP/1.0 to HTTP/1.1 requests. Is there a flag I need to set to support HTTP/1.1?

Research direction

Start at the start_http_server() entry point and reproduce the default server response using an HTTP/1.1 request. Check how the metrics server selects its HTTP protocol and identify the existing tests for server responses. Done means the default server responds with HTTP/1.1 without requiring an undocumented flag.
