Description
With the current state of the MSTeams integration we are not able to define actions next to the title, text and summary. Due to this it is not possible to define buttons that would, for example, provide a silence functionality or a URL to Prometheus, Alertmanager, Runbook or whatever.

Research direction
Start by locating the MSTeams integration and its message-card construction, then review the current state described in pull request 3324 and the linked Microsoft message-card reference. Done means configurable actions such as OpenUri can be included alongside the title, text, and summary, with behavior covered by the integration's existing tests.
