If some services listens to localhost instead of the node's FQDN/public ip, it's currently not possible for the client to scrape their metrics.

This feature is already implements in the Rancher's PushProx fork

Research direction

Start by comparing the client implementation with the Rancher PushProx reference at cmd/client/main.go#L54. Trace how client requests are forwarded and add the corresponding option so services listening on 127.0.0.1 can be scraped through the host IP; confirm the localhost forwarding behavior works.
