Describe the feature
Currently we provide a lot of metrics but little Grafana dashboards. We should provide some built-in operational dashboards:
- Control-Dashboard: For all resources shows their Ready/Health condition. Essentially having an overview what's not working.
- Custom Quota Dashboard: Dashboard to validate to usage and availability of GlobalCustomQuotas and CustomQuotas
