Description
There is a twofold problem - 1) why do the SC-5.1 and SC-5.2 tests currently not work with the groups cluster on EP0 of the all clusters app and 2) can the groups cluster be removed from EP0 because it shouldn't be there in the first place.
I'd like to understand 1 before this gets removed. 2 will require coordination with QA and probably a reassessment of the PICS tags for all the tests involving groups clusters.
