Need test script to validate cluster version about ICD registerClients and operation mode via subscription report when completing icd registering/unregistration.

Summary Title:

Currently we have not yet validate the cluster version change for ICDManagementCluster after completing icd registration/unregistration. we see bug/fix here, https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/pull/41725, we need validate in certification test.

Description:

This is feature request. We need create subscription firstly, then complete icd registering/unregistering, and observe whether we can receive its report.

Please provide Test Harness and the DUT logs. Test Harness logs can also be found at "backend/logs" folder. Note and mention the time at which the issue occurred.

Review linked PR #41725 and the certification test-script entry point for ICD registration and unregistration. Define a test that creates a subscription, completes both operations, and checks the subscription report for the ICDManagementCluster version and operation mode; use backend/logs for harness and DUT results. Done means the certification test covers the requested behavior and passes.
