Clean
- remove the softap steps - this is not supported in Matter
- remove the steps related to DNS-SD discovery, these are handled in TC-SC-4.1
Automate
- this should be done as a follow up, since it's not clear how much we can automate with PAF
- consider starting with the BLE parts
