Description

what happens in the CI if we DO start the apps with --wifi or --thread? it's obviously not going to do anything real, but at least for SOME of the tests, like the attribute checking tests, we should get something at least approaching reasonable?

Corollary, are there tests where this SHOULDN'T work but does?
