Description
There are a number of mode cluster that use standard namespaces in their attributes. Once the data model parsing lands, it should be possible to automate verification that the modes are within the spec-required set.
Leaving this issue purposefully open-ended since I'm not clear what the requirements are for all the clusters. Ideally, there should be code re-use between clusters, with just the namespace varying.
Can use this issue to track whether this is feasible and what can be done here.
