Description
In the prior round, we started asking feature leads to include tests that verify subscriptions as part of their test suite for certification. Older features do not have these tests.
https://github.com/CHIP-Specifications/chip-test-plans/blob/master/src/template/cluster_test_plan_template.adoc#tc-cluster_initials-3-1-subscription-report-verification-with-dut_server
These tests need to be written and implemented for older clusters. This task will also involve coordination with the device manufacturers to ensure the tests can meet the rule of three through the test event series.

Research direction
Start with the linked cluster test plan template section on subscription report verification, then inspect the existing test coverage for older clusters in this repository. Coordinate with device manufacturers during the test event series; done means the missing subscription tests are implemented and satisfy the rule of three.
