Description
This is a commissioner test, and we can be PRETTY sure that this is all going decently well in the happy path here because commissioners are asked to commission devices in other parts of the test suite. This is just verifying the details.
Given that this is commissioner test, I'm going to suggest leaving this for a bit since it's happy path. Let's revisit this when we come back to do the client test re-vamp.
