Description

Suggest converting to python and using ClusterAttributeChangeAccumulator class for subscriptions, use wait_for_user_input to handle steps that require device interactions

Use send_test_event_triggers for test event triggers.

Test is currently semi-automated here: https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/blob/master/src/app/tests/suites/certification/Test_TC_SMOKECO_2_3.yaml

test plan: https://github.com/CHIP-Specifications/chip-test-plans/blob/master/src/cluster/smco.adoc

Research direction

Start with the semi-automated YAML test at src/app/tests/suites/certification/Test_TC_SMOKECO_2_3.yaml and compare it with the linked SMCO test plan. Read the ClusterAttributeChangeAccumulator, wait_for_user_input, and send_test_event_triggers entry points before planning the Python version. Done means the test is automated while retaining explicit handling for device interactions and test event triggers.
