Description
Feature description
Test mode CLI
It is observed that the NodeID is not printed for the 1st test case run, if next test case is run then Node ID is printed. it is needed especially in the semi-automated test cases to send chip tool commands to Docker
Issue is for the first test case only, so feature request is that Node ID could be printed always for all types of test cases.
thanks

Research direction
Start with the Test mode CLI and reproduce the first-test-case behavior using the attached test_run_TC-BINFO_2_1.log as a reference. Trace how the NodeID is emitted for successive test cases, then verify that NodeID is printed for the first case and all other test-case types as well.
