Research direction

Begin by comparing the descriptions of TC-WEBRTCP-2.2, TC-WEBRTCP-2.3, and TC-WEBRTCP-2.5 with webrtc2.2.log, webrtc2.3.log, and webrtc2.5.log. Trace why each command is sent twice and determine whether the test case or harness is responsible. Done means the recorded command sequence matches the test description and the affected cases pass.
