Description

It's meaningless in Matter, we should remove it from the spec, might also make sense to remove it from the XML since its a bit misleading. It's misleading in the spec too, but there's little we can do about shipped revisions there.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how Alchemy locates and transforms the Matter spec and its XML representation, then verify that the reportable attribute is absent from the intended output while shipped revisions remain unchanged.
