Description

For example, do IAU codes come from the EPSG database or a different source? The source we're using is the Proj database, but that's an intermediate source of this data. Perhaps Proj DB contains provenance information we can use to point to the ultimate source.

Let's ensure we're:

  • Displaying the correct source
  • Linking to it if possible

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by tracing how data from the Proj database is used for source display, then investigate whether provenance identifies the ultimate source for IAU codes. Done means the correct source is displayed and linked when possible.
