Description
I'm using a Windows 11. Whenever I upscale to recommended,
the resolution of the image decreases significantly.
It works if I return the scaling of the screen back to the default 100%, but that basically makes my computer unusable and harder to navigate. 125% is preferable, but I haven't found a way to make the image resulting from processing clearer.

Research direction
The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. First reproduce the rendering problem on Windows 11 with display scaling at 125% and compare it with 100%; done means processed images remain clear at the recommended scaling without making the desktop difficult to use.
