Actual Behavior

A horizontal rule is visible at the bottom of the side navigation in split view on both main and 2.0 branches. This is part of the ongoing CSS audit in #309.

Expected Behavior

No horizontal rule should be visible at the bottom of the side navigation when both panels are visible in split view.

Steps to reproduce

Go to any page on p5js.org or beta.p5js.org that has a split side navigation panel, such as the Reference page.
Scroll to the bottom of the side navigation panel.
Observe the visible horizontal rule at the bottom.
