Research direction

Start by reproducing the upload failure in the p5.js editor using Brave 1.94.117 on Mac OS, then compare it with Safari as reported. Trace the editor's upload flow and the linked assets page to determine why a new account is treated as having reached the 250 MB limit; done means a file uploads successfully on a blank account without the false quota error.
