Actual Behavior
I can't add pics for assets to projects anymore. I even "deleted" some assets as well as some sketches using them. Under assets it STILL shows 2.08 MB(used?) as 0% & max 250MB. I logged in & out a few times as well as closing browser & refreshing & such. I just can't add any to ANY new projects. Seems they're ALL just still cached or whatever on your end.
Error: You cannot upload any more files. You have reached the total size limit of 250 MB. If you would like to upload more, please remove the ones you aren't using anymore by in your assets.
Expected Behavior
Just to be able to properly delete old one's so I can add new ones

Research direction
Start by reproducing the upload and deletion behavior from the linked assets page, using a project with previously uploaded assets. Check whether deleting assets changes the displayed quota or permits uploads to a new project. Done means deleted assets no longer count toward the 250 MB limit and new assets can be uploaded.
