Description

Increasing Access

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, questioning, pansexual, and asexual people, they would welcome this new feature and wish to change the theme as they like.
People who are color-blind can customize their theme so they enhance their visibility.

Feature request details

Currently, I could see only three themes exist viz light, dark and contrast theme. However, it would be better if we have custom themes, in which we can display the background color as we wish and the text color as well.

This would be an attractive proposition for users who get bored off using the same routine themes and changes the mood as well.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing light, dark, and contrast theme entry points, then determine how custom background and text colors should be represented and applied. Done should include user-selectable custom colors and verification that readability and color visibility are preserved.
