Description
Nature of issue?
- New feature request
New feature details:
As suggested in https://github.com/processing/p5.js/issues/5427, adding describe() would hopefully encourage folks to add a description to their sketches. We could also think about having different descriptions for each of the different translations.

Research direction
Start by reading the proposal in p5.js issue 5427 and inspect how the default sketch is created in the web editor. Clarify how describe() should be added and whether different translations are required; done means the agreed behavior is implemented and verified for the default sketch.
