Description

Hello,

Same issue like #1798, but instead of consts, it breaks protected/public/private definition.

Thanks,

@prettier/plugin-php v0.18.3

Research direction

Reproduce the example using the linked Playground and compare the input with the shown output under prettier-ignore. Trace the formatter behavior for protected, public, and private definitions; done means the ignored definition preserves its access modifier and remains valid PHP.
