Description

To further showcase how FMUs can be coupled, it would be good to also include a 1D fluid-fluid coupling.
This could be an extension of either #660 or #677, the compressible water hammer is probably the better fit.

Ideally, the FMUs are created in OpenModelica.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing coupling examples in issues #660 and #677, with the compressible water hammer case as the likely base. Investigate how the tutorials create and connect FMUs, and evaluate OpenModelica for producing the 1D fluid-fluid case; done means a working tutorial demonstrating that coupling.
