Direct link to configuration on tutorial pages

It would be nice to have a direct link to the tutorial configuration, preferably turning the config visualization into a link.

Currently, when I look at the visualization and want to see the config.
I have to go back to the top of the page to go to the case files:

Then scan the potentially very long list for the config:

Open the tutorial page at https://precice.org/tutorials-perpendicular-flap.html and inspect the repository source for its configuration visualization and case-file links. Add a direct link from the visualization to the relevant tutorial configuration, then verify that the link opens the intended config file.
