Couple your code python syntax highlights non-member/non-participant functions which is confusing.

### What is wrong?

Functions such as `turn_off_solver()` are highlighted, which raises the expectation that these are also part of the preCICE API.

We should restrict highlighting of functions to member functions only to prevent this.
