Page for use cases (volume coupling and more)

While we now advertise volume coupling via some tutorials, and while more and more people ask about it, we don't have a central place to link to besides an FAQ thread on Discourse.

An overview page, or just a page section with some suggestions for mapping techniques, would be nice. This could be a section under https://precice.org/configuration-mapping.html or a stand-alone page under Docs/Configuration/Advanced.

Edit: Such a page could be useful for more use cases:

- volume coupling
- particles / agents
- multibody dynamics
- moving geometries
- overset meshes
