Description
There needs to be an investigation if quantities passed to adaptivity for similarity calculation can have weights so that user can control which quantities are more important when it comes to adaptivity. If such weights are found to be effective, the functionality can be implemented in the manager.

Research direction
Start by tracing how quantities reach adaptivity and how the similarity calculation is performed in the manager. Investigate whether weighting quantities produces meaningful control over adaptivity, and document the result; if effective, the work is complete only when the manager supports the agreed weighting behavior.
