Description

I am using sqlite-net installed via NuGet. But when compiling SQLite.cs, the compiler
complains that the namespace Community.CsharpSqlite is not found. The same
procedure works just fine in Visual Studio 2012 for Windows 8.

Research direction

Start by examining the sqlite-net NuGet package and SQLite.cs in a Windows Phone 8 project, then compare them with the Windows 8 setup described in the issue. Done means identifying why Community.CsharpSqlite is unavailable and documenting or resolving a configuration that lets SQLite.cs compile.
