Description
Hopefully you can be much better than a 10x developer. Instead becoming a highly effective engineer that can produce quality code within an array of constraints (time, understanding, tech debt, meetings, etc)

Caveat
Quality code can only be produced when given quality information in a timely manor.
When requirements or issues are vague, extra time is required to get to a suitable outcome
