缺少便捷的手动发送功能：当前虽可通过测试功能间接实现手动推送，但必须先开启自动转发才能使用，操作繁琐。希望能新增一个独立的手动推送按钮，允许用户直接选择目标渠道，无需依赖自动转发开关，即可快速编辑并发送消息，更高效地满足主动推送通知、验证渠道连通性的需求。
