Description

For brave reasoning and the constraint propagator optimisation the constraint handler requires clingo domain heuristics to be enabled.

But it may be possible to avoid this by running a separate propagator that uses the Propagator.decide() function to control just the atoms that are important for brave and optimal reasoning.
