Description

I think the last remaining feature from clingspector that is not yet natively supported by the constraint_handler is the detection of cyclic dependencies of variables.

Once this is implemented, we can probably remove clingspector entirely.

Research direction

Start by reading the constraint_handler dependency-handling implementation and comparing it with the cyclic-dependency detection behavior in clingspector. Identify the existing tests around variable dependencies before defining coverage for cyclic cases; done means constraint_handler detects those cycles natively and clingspector can be removed.
