Description
i.e. ptd-connect should auto-fill to the ECR repository in question, and we should be able to use tags like latest to go to the latest version of a particular label.
We could also explore using image labels like product versions? 🤷

Research direction
Start by locating the ptd-connect entry point and tracing how product-image modifications select an ECR repository and image tag. Clarify the expected behavior for invalid images, the latest tag, and product-version labels. Done means the requirements and acceptance checks cover validation and tag resolution, with tests or other verification identified.
