Description
Customers want to set global session timeout parameters for all IDEs in Workbench, but our current setup only allows us to set it per-IDE. We should enable a global configuration option within the SiteSpec in Team Operator that controls this for all IDEs. It would still have to set the individual product session timeouts but is progress.

Research direction
Start by locating the SiteSpec definition in Team Operator and the existing per-IDE session-timeout configuration for Workbench. Trace how SiteSpec values reach each IDE, then verify that a site-level setting controls the individual product timeouts for all IDEs.
